Andrew has been running this entire century, since 7th grade. He started running to get in shape for football, but quickly realized he was much better at running than football. He ran at E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, where he was part of several all-state cross country and track teams. He then went on to compete in cross country and track at the University of Delaware before the program was cut. Now as a master, he is out to prove you can still run fast, and even PR after 40. He lives in Leesburg with his wife and two kids, and works in Washington, DC as a health policy expert.
